Yes, it is THAT important!

As some of you must know, the Naruto character Gaara will celebrate his birthday on the 19th January. I know it’s still a bit early to be talking about it, but I’ve a project that needs a while to plan I need everyone’s collaboration!

For this year’s Gaara’s birthday, I want to make something really special. I would love to draw a regular birthday pic BUT I want to do a very special background: a panel with ALL dA GAARA LIKERS’ AVATARS! Because Gaara needs love, and we, all who know his story/all he’s been through, will be giving him our love, our attention, as a unique and beautiful birthday gift!

And I need YOU to participate too! If you know the character and like him (whether you’re a man, a woman, a child, a teenager, a fangirl, a fanboy, a GaaLee shipper, a Gaara x OC shipper, a NaruGaara shipper, a GaaHina shipper or even a GaaMatsu shipper), if you’d like to have the chance to wish him a happy birthday, please POST IN THIS JOURNAL SAYING THAT YOU’D LIKE TO BE A PART OF IT! A simple ‘ I’m in ‘ is enough! I’ll add your avatar to the background of the birthday pic and add your name to the list!

Just a few things:

1. If your avatar is animated, please say which frame you want me to put there I’ll try to make it animated, but it might be a bit complicated.

2. I would appreciate a lot if you linked this journal to your signature or your own journal, or even spread the word about it to other Gaara-likers you know! This way, we can get to the most people possible!

3. I, ~kathlaidaprincess, will draw and color the picture, but I’ll probably ask my sister, ~freckled-dreamer, with few details and shading. We will do our best to satisfy you all! As we get the pic ready, we will link WIP pics to this journal!

4. This mini-project is a part of a bigger project of mine, called The Make Gaara Happy Project. As the title implies, its main purpose is to do little things that would make Gaara happy, but I also want to see how far the bonds of community can go, how far we can go, knowing we are all here under the same goal
